A.To assist and advise the Service Oklahoma Operator Board, a Licensed Operator Advisory Committee is hereby created.
B.The Licensed Operator Advisory Committee shall consist of seven (7) members appointed by the Service Oklahoma Operator Board as follows: 1. Two members who shall be licensed operators, appointed by the Service Oklahoma Operator Board, from counties with a population under thirty thousand (30,000) according to the latest Federal Decennial Census data; 2. Two members who are licensed operators, appointed by the Service Oklahoma Operator Board, from counties with a population between thirty thousand one (30,001) and one hundred thousand (100,000) according to the latest Federal Decennial Census data; 3.
