Text

As used in the Oklahoma Motor Carrier Safety and Hazardous Materials Transportation Act: 1. "Commerce" means trade, traffic, commerce or transportation within this state; 2. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Public Safety; 3. "Department" means the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety; 4. "Discharge" means leakage, seepage or other release of hazardous materials; 5. "Hazardous material" means a substance or material in a quantity and form determined by the United States Department of Transportation to be capable of posing an unreasonable risk to health and safety or property when transported in commerce; 6. "Person" means any natural person or individual, governmental body, firm, association, partnership, copartnership, joint venture, company, corporation, joint stock company, trust
