license - Prohibiting stopping, loading, unloading and parking. Any city of this state may, by a duly adopted ordinance, prohibit any auto bus being operated under a certificate of convenience and necessity or permit or license issued by the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma transporting passengers for hire to, from or through said city from stopping, except in cases of accident or other emergencies, on the streets or alleys within a specified area of the city where the traffic is congested, and loading and unloading passengers while so stopped; and also prohibit the parking of any such automobile or auto bus on the streets or alleys in such congested area. Nothing contained in this act shall authorize any city or town to designate the location of passenger terminals or bus stations.
