license of Corporation Commission - Authority of city to regulate. Any city of this state may, by a duly-adopted ordinance, in any manner deemed best for the interest of the city, regulate the operation within the corporate limits of the city of auto buses not operated under a certificate of convenience and necessity or permit or license issued by the Corporation Commission for the transportation of passengers for hire to or from a point or points outside the corporate limits of the city, and to or from points within the corporate limits of the city.
