Patrol Division of Department of Public Safety - Transfer to System. Employees of the Communications Division and Waterways Patrol Division of the Department of Public Safety who are members of the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System shall cease accruing benefits in the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System and shall commence accruing benefits under the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System on July 1, 1981.
