of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control - Transfer to System. Officers of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control who become members of the System on July 1, 1980, shall cease accruing benefits in the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System as of that date and shall commence accruing benefits under this System. The Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System shall transfer to the Oklahoma Law Enforcement System all funds contributed by the individual members being transferred and all funds contributed by the state for such members, no later than October 1980.
