§ 47-2-303 — Law Enforcement Retirement Board.

A.There shall be an "Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement Board" to administer the fund of the System. The Board shall be composed of the Commissioner of Public Safety or his designee, the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services or his designee, three members to be appointed by the Governor one of whom shall be a retired member of the System, one member to be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, one member to be appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, two members of the Highway Patrol Division and one member of the Communication Division of the Department of Public Safety, one member of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, one member of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control and one member of the Alc
