A.There is hereby created within the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety the Oklahoma Incident Management Team Advisory Committee. The purpose of the Committee shall be to: 1. Advise and assist the Commissioner in the development of setting of goals, objectives and priorities with respect to state- sponsored all-hazard emergency incident management team functions; 2. Advise and assist the Commissioner in establishing standards and credentialing guidelines for emergency incident management functions and responders within the Team Advisory Committee's scope of authority; and 3. Provide a forum for discussion of issues between the organizations within the Team Advisory Committee.
