Safety. All powers, duties, functions, records, employees, property, matters pending and funds of the Oklahoma Highway Safety Office of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the former Oklahoma Highway Safety Coordinating Committee are hereby transferred to the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety.
