Department of Transportation. All the powers, duties, functions, records, employees, property, matters pending, funds, and responsibilities of the Size and Weights Permits Division of the Department of Public Safety are hereby transferred to the Department of Transportation effective July 1, 2022. An accurate, current inventory of all properties shall be maintained by the Department of Transportation.
