responsibilities and authority - Salaries.
A.There is hereby created within the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Division of the Department of Public Safety a Marine Enforcement Section which shall consist of such employees as may be necessary to enforce the provisions of Section 4001 et seq., Section 4101 et seq., and Section 4200 et seq. of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes. All commissioned officers of the Marine Enforcement Section as designated by the Commissioner shall have the authority to stop and board any vessel subject to Section 4001 et seq. of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes and make any necessary arrest for violations of Section 4001 et seq. of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes or the rules promulgated by the Department of Public Safety or the Department of Wildlife Conservation or
