Text
Unless otherwise provided in this title and notwithstanding any other provision of law, fully autonomous vehicles and automated driving systems are governed exclusively by this act. The Department of Public Safety and the Department of Transportation are authorized to promulgate administrative rules to implement the provisions of this act.
