Text

Uses. In addition to other uses authorized by law, funds provided to the Corporation Commission Revolving Fund pursuant to Sections 165, 177.2 and 180h of this title shall be expended as follows: 1. The Corporation Commission Transportation Division shall employ four special motor carrier enforcement officers and one supervisor-officer who shall have the primary duty of investigating and assisting in the prosecution of persons engaged in unauthorized transportation or disposal of deleterious substances as contemplated under the provisions of the Oklahoma Motor Carrier Act and any other applicable provisions of law.
