Text

A.Unless otherwise provided in this section, any motor vehicle service station in this state which offers gasoline or other motor vehicle fuel for sale to the public from the service station facility may, on a voluntary basis, participate in the refueling service program and upon request offer refueling service to a mobility-impaired driver who displays: 1. A placard indicating physical disability, issued pursuant to the provisions of Section 15-112 of this title; 2. A physically disabled license plate, issued pursuant to the provisions of Section 1135.1 of this title; or 3. A disabled veterans license plate with the international accessibility symbol issued pursuant to the provisions of Section 1135.2 of this title.
