§ 47-15-113 — Penalties.

A.Any person who knowingly makes or procures the making of a false statement in an application submitted pursuant to Sections 15- 111 through 15-113 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each falsified statement. This penalty shall be stated on all applications. B.
