regulations. Any motor vehicle of any size, except those motor vehicles regulated pursuant to Section 14-101 et seq. of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes, meeting the legal requirements for safety equipment and licensed to operate on public roadways in this state shall be allowed to operate in accordance with all size, weight and speed regulations on any road or highway in this state including the National System for Interstate and Defense Highways.
