Text
A.Every motorcycle shall be equipped with at least one stop lamp meeting the requirements of this section.
B.The stop lamp required by this section: 1. Shall be mounted on the rear of the motorcycle; 2. Shall display a red or amber light, or any shade of color between red and amber, visible from a distance of not less than five hundred (500) feet to the rear in normal sunlight; and 3. Shall be actuated upon application of the brakes.
