§ 47-12-409 — Vehicles transporting hazardous materials.
Oklahoma·Title 47 Motor Vehicles
Vehicles transporting hazardous materials as a cargo or part of a cargo shall at all times be: 1. Marked or placarded in accordance with 49 C.F.R. Section 177.823; and 2. Equipped with portable fire extinguishers in accordance with 49 C.F.R. Section 393.95(a).
