compacts or agreements - Assessment and payment of fees.

A.The Corporation Commission, when in the interest of this state and its residents, may enter into the International Registration Plan or other compacts or agreements with other states to permit motor vehicle registration and license taxes on any motor vehicle to be used as a rental motor vehicle as defined in the International Registration Plan.
B.Service Oklahoma or the Corporation Commission, as applicable, shall require that each rental motor vehicle be assessed the following registration fees in lieu of the fee schedule set forth in Section 1132 of this title: 1. A fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) shall be assessed for the first year of registration in this or any other state; and 2. A fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) shall be asses
