§ 47-1118 — Issuance of certificates of title for manufactured homes

A.Service Oklahoma and licensed operators shall issue a certificate of title which conforms to the provisions of Section 1117 of this title to any person applying for a certificate of title for a manufactured home.

B.Service Oklahoma shall provide each licensed operator with a school district map of the county designating the boundaries of each school district and the code number of each district.

C.The State Department of Education shall provide Service Oklahoma with a school district map designating the boundaries of each school district and the code number of each district.

D.Service Oklahoma shall not be considered a necessary party to any lawsuit which is instigated for the purpose of determining own
