Text
motorized wheelchair. Every person operating a wheelchair or a motorized wheelchair shall have all of the rights and all of the duties applicable to a pedestrian contained in Chapter 11 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes except those provisions which by their nature can have no application.
