§ 47-11-1115 — Railroad-highway grade crossings – Class A, B or C

commercial vehicles – When crossing prohibited. At a railroad-highway grade crossing, a person operating a Class A, B or C commercial motor vehicle shall not negotiate the crossing if there is: 1. Insufficient space to drive completely through the crossing without stopping; or 2. Insufficient clearance for the undercarriage of the vehicle.
