Text
Every courier application service, as defined in Section 1071 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall have an agreement with a restaurant in order to transport for delivery. If no agreement is in place, the restaurant may file a complaint with the Consumer Services Division of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. The Commission shall follow the current protocol and fine schedule for violations of this section.
