§ 47-1057 — Exemption from vicarious liability.
Oklahoma·Title 47 Motor Vehicles
A peer-to-peer car sharing program and a shared vehicle owner shall be exempt from vicarious liability consistent with 49 U.S.C., Section 30106, and under any state or local law that imposes liability solely based on vehicle ownership.
