§ 47-1024 — Recordkeeping.

Transportation network companies shall maintain: 1. Individual trip records for at least two (2) years from the date each trip was provided; and 2. TNC driver records at least until the two-year anniversary of the date on which a TNC driver's activation on the TNC digital network has ended.
