§ 47-1006 — Rideshare drivers not deemed commercial operators or

drivers. The driver in a ridesharing arrangement shall not be deemed a commercial operator or driver nor shall he be deemed to be transporting persons for compensation under the driver licensing provisions of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
