Reclamation Act of 1977 (P.L. 95-87). If any provisions of this act are required by the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (P.L. 95-87) and any section, clause or phrase of that Act on which this act is based is declared unconstitutional or invalid by a court having jurisdiction over the State of Oklahoma, the Department may suspend the enforcement of that provision of this act for up to twelve (12) months, and shall immediately notify the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
