Text
Recommendations. The Oklahoma Mining Commission is authorized and directed, within the limits of funds available to it, to study ways to expand existing markets and create new markets for Oklahoma coal and other minerals, to study the impact of sulfur emission standards on burning of Oklahoma mined coal, and to make recommendations to the Governor and Legislature for such purposes in a current and updated report by February 1, 1988.
