ARTICLE 144. Immunity for duties performed under Code. Any person acting under the provisions of the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice, whether as a member of the military or as a civilian, shall be immune from personal liability for any of the acts or omissions which he or she did or failed to do as part of his or her duties under the Code.
