§ 44-940A — Precedence of regulations.

ARTICLE 140A. Precedence of regulations. When both the Governor and Adjutant General are authorized under the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice to promulgate regulations governing the same matter, if such regulations conflict, the regulations promulgated by the Governor shall take precedence.
