ARTICLE 134. General article. Though not specifically mentioned in the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice, all disorders and neglects to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the state military forces, all conduct of a nature to bring discredit upon the state military forces, and crimes and offenses not capital, of which persons subject to the Code may be guilty, shall be taken cognizance of by a general, special, or summary court-martial, according to the nature and degree of the offense, and shall be punished at the discretion of that court. However, where a crime constitutes an offense that violates both the Code and the criminal laws of the State of Oklahoma, jurisdiction over the offense shall be determined in accordance with Section 802 of this title (Article 2).
