ARTICLE 120D. Fraternization. Any person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice who is a commissioned officer, warrant officer or noncommissioned officer and: 1. Who fraternizes on terms of military equality with one or more certain enlisted members in a certain manner; 2. Who then knows the person or persons to be an enlisted person or persons; 3. Who, through such fraternization, knowingly violates the customs of the United States Army, if a member of the army component of the state military forces, or the customs of the United States Air Force, if a member of the air force component of the state military forces, that officers shall not fraternize with enlisted members on terms of equality; and 4. Under the circumstances, the conduct of the accused was to the prejudice
