ARTICLE 18. General courts-martial. Subject to Section 817 of this title (Article 17), general courts-martial shall have jurisdiction to try persons subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice for any offense made punishable by the Code and may, under such limitations as the Governor or Adjutant General may prescribe by regulation, adjudge any punishment not forbidden by the Code.
