subdivisions.
A.Training required. The administrator of each state agency and political subdivision shall provide training for the human resources personnel of the agency or political subdivision on the following: 1. The rights, benefits, and obligations provided in the Oklahoma Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act for employees who are members of the state military forces; and 2. The application and administration of the requirements of the Oklahoma Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act by the agency or political subdivision.
B.Training consultation and frequency. The training required by subsection A of this section for state agencies shall be developed and provided in consultation with the Director of Human Capital Management of the Office of M
