Text

A person's entitlement to the benefits of the Oklahoma Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act due to the person's service in the state military forces terminates upon any of the following events: 1. A separation of the person from the state military forces with a dishonorable or bad conduct discharge; 2. A separation of the person from the state military forces under other than honorable conditions, as characterized pursuant to state law or regulations prescribed by the National Guard Bureau or applicable regulations of the United States Army or the United States Air Force; 3. A dismissal of the person permitted under the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice or the regulations promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice or
