Text

The board of county commissioners of any county in the state is hereby authorized to convey title by deed, or lease for a term of years, any lands and buildings belonging to or under the control of the county which are not needed for county purposes, to the Adjutant General acting as trustee for the Oklahoma National Guard. The Adjutant General shall not accept any such deed or lease unless the approval of the Governor of the acceptance be endorsed thereon attested by the Secretary of State. It shall not be necessary that the Adjutant General pay any consideration for such deed of conveyance or lease. After such deed or lease has been delivered and accepted the Adjutant General shall be authorized to expend funds appropriated to the Military Department of the state for the maintenance, rep
