§ 44-211 — Martial law - Arrests and subpoenas.
Oklahoma·Title 44 Militia
Troops occupying a military district established under martial law, may, if necessary, pursue, arrest and subpoena persons wanted in said military district, anywhere within the State of Oklahoma.
