§ 44-210 — Assault on member or body of National Guard or person

assisting them. Whenever the National Guard is called into service under proclamation of the Governor for the performance of any duties contemplated in this act, any person who willfully assaults, or fires at, or throws any dangerous missile at, against, or upon any member or body of the National Guard so engaged, or civil officer or other persons lawfully aiding or assisting them in the discharge of their duties, shall be deemed guilty of a Class D3 felony offense and upon conviction shall be imprisoned as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
