A.Subject to the availability of funds, the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services shall facilitate the development of seven peer-supported, drop-in centers for the specific purpose of serving Oklahoma veterans. The Department shall issue a request for proposal for operation of the centers. Nonprofit organizations based in this state may apply for available funding and shall adhere to policies and programs of work developed by the Department.
B.The Board of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services shall promulgate rules to implement the provisions of this act.
