and protection. No person shall be accepted into any facility without the use of the properly executed official forms. The properly executed order to hospitalize or the order of admission shall be full and sufficient authority and protection to the executive director or the person acting as such in the absence of the executive director for receiving and detaining in the hospital the person named on the form.
