§ 43A-3-105 — Children's Recovery Center of Oklahoma - Units - Petty

A.The Children's Recovery Center of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma, is hereby created and designated a facility within the Department and shall be operated under the supervision of the Department. The Children's Recovery Center of Oklahoma shall consist of: 1. The Adolescent Unit, a building constructed pursuant to the provisions of Section 10, Chapter 341, O.S.L. 1981, Section 20, Chapter 374, O.S.L. 1982, Section 32, Chapter 326, O.S.L. 1983 and Section 114, Chapter 296, O.S.L. 1984; and 2. The Leland Wolf Unit, formerly known and designated as the Leland Wolf Rehabilitation Center of Central State Griffin Memorial Hospital.
B.There is hereby created a petty cash fund for the Children's Recovery Center of Oklahoma. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services
