Text

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to be designated the Community-based Substance Abuse Revolving Fund. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services from low- point beer permits pursuant to Section 163.7 of Title 37 of the Oklahoma Statutes, enrollment fees for alcohol and drug substance abuse courses pursuant to the provisions of Section 3-453 of this title, and fees from certification of assessment agencies and assessment personnel pursuant to the provisions of Section 3-460 of this title.
