Text

Contracts with other state agencies, boards and commissions.

A.The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services may utilize the services of other state agencies, boards and commissions pursuant to the State Personnel Interchange Program, Section 840.26 et seq. of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
B.The Department may employ and may enter into contracts with employees of other state agencies, boards and commissions, provided: 1. The work hours of employment would not be contemporaneous; and 2. No conflict of interest would result.
