§ 43A-2-105 — Board as Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services
Oklahoma·Title 43A Mental Health
Authority. On and after July 1, 1967, the Board of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services shall be the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Authority of the State of Oklahoma.
