§ 43A-2-102 — Department to have charge and control of state

Oklahoma·Title 43A Mental Health
institutions. Unless otherwise specified by law, the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services shall have charge and control of any and all state institutions established for the care of the mentally ill and drug- or alcohol-dependent person.
