§ 43A-14-106 — Applicability of physician-patient and spousal

privileges. Subject to a specific court order, the physician-patient privilege nor spousal privilege shall be grounds for excluding evidence regarding the neglect, exploitation, or abuse of a vulnerable adult or the cause thereof in any judicial proceeding arising under this act.
