Dissolution. There is hereby created the Occupational Licensing Advisory Commission. The Commission shall consist of twelve (12) members to be appointed and serve as follows: 1. The Commissioner of Labor shall serve coterminous with his or her office; 2. Two members of the House of Representatives shall be appointed by the Majority Leader of the House of Representatives. Each member shall serve an initial term of three (3) years; 3. One member of the House of Representatives shall be appointed by the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, who shall serve an initial term of two (2) years; 4.
