EXPENDITURES FROM FUND.

A.The monies in the OESC Computer Fund shall be used for the following purposes: 1. To purchase or lease a new computer system for the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission to be used in its mission to provide an employment service, unemployment insurance, and economic research for the citizens of this state as well as the administration of these programs; 2. To purchase or lease any auxiliary or peripheral equipment necessary for the operation of the new computer system; 3. To purchase or lease any and all software needed for the operation of the new computer system; 4. To pay for all computer programming and analysis necessary to make the new computer system operational; 5. To pay for all designing, engineering, planning, networking, and training to make the ne

EXPENDITURES FROM FUND. A. The monies in the OESC Computer Fund shall be used for the following purposes: 1. To purchase or lease a new computer system for the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission to be used in its mission to provide an employment service, unemployment insurance, and economic research for the citizens of this state as well as the administration of these programs; 2. To purchase or lease any auxiliary or peripheral equipment necessary for the operation of the new computer system; 3. To purchase or lease any and all software needed for the operation of the new computer system; 4. To pay for all computer programming and analysis necessary to make the new computer system operational; 5. To pay for all designing, engineering, planning, networking, and training to make the new computer system operational; 6. To pay for all shipping and installation charges for the computer system and its auxiliary and peripheral equipment; and 7. To make refunds of contributions erroneously collected and deposited in the OESC Computer Fund. B. If any money remains in this fund after the new computer system has been brought on line and made fully operational, that excess money shall be transferred to the Unemployment Compensation Fund. C. If the Commission receives a grant from the United States Department of Labor to be used to make the Commission's computer system compliant with the year 2000, or if the Commission receives a grant from the United States Department of Labor to upgrade or modify its Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), then the Commission will, upon receipt of the federal grant money, deduct an equal amount of money from the OESC Computer Fund and transfer it to the Unemployment Compensation Fund.
