Service Division. In order to encourage the improvement and modernization of employment, training, and placement services for veterans, and to recognize eligible employees for excellence in the provision of services to veterans, or for having made demonstrable improvements in the provision of services to veterans, the Veterans Service Division of the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission is directed to establish an employee performance recognition program. The Commission is hereby authorized to grant cash awards of up to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to the eligible employees meeting criteria established by the Veterans Service Division of the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission, provided funds exist from United States Department of Labor grants for the payment of the awards.
