§ 40-4-108 — Executive Director.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. The chief executive officer of the Commission shall be the Executive Director who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Commission. The Executive Director shall have such compensation and further duties as the Commission may establish. The Executive Director may hire, promote and terminate personnel, and shall fix the qualifications and duties of such personnel.
